Serving South Western Ontario, through excellent customer service we have evolved from one location to three local offices, warehouses and repair centres with dedicated, knowledgeable employees to service all customer needs.
This is an on-site, permanent, full-time position, from Monday through Friday during expanded regular business hours with an immediate opportunity to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Warehouse Managers and Operations Manager
- Assisting in coordinating warehouse responsibilities and daily operations
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks
- Picking and organizing customer orders with a walkie/reach truck and forklift
- Organizing inventory throughout warehouse
- Verifying and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving of goods
- Aiding in scheduling deliveries and inventory management
- Completing paperwork with a high level of attention to detail
- Preparing orders for customer pick-ups
- Adhering to all Company operational policies and procedures, including health and safety
- Maintaining material handling equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completion of other general duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in a warehouse and material handling setting
- High school graduate preferred
- Experience with material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet-trucks
- Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
- Ability to read, understand and prepare shipping documents
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Self-motivated, good communicator, dependable and excel in a team setting
