Sous chef required at new Italian restaurant at crescent beach. Cotto al mare is our second location offering fresh house made pastas, wood fired pizza, and fine fish and meat dishes. A sous chef will he responsible for training staff, running the kitchen while head chef is absent, knowing all culinary aspects of the restaurant, and being a leader within the kitchen. Should have good communication skills, good culinary knowledge, drive and determination, as well as a desire to learn.
