Autobody Paint/Preparation Technician
Anderson Motors is currently seeking an Autobody Paint/Preparation Technician to join our body shop team.

As an Autobody Paint/Preparation Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing vehicle inspections
- Preparing vehicles for paint and repair work
- Replacing and repairing body panels, dents, scratches, and related damage
- Assisting with estimating claims
- Working in a timely manner while managing personal workflow
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Supporting the body shop team as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong eye for detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Promptness and reliability
- The ability to work independently without direct supervision
- The ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Prior autobody, paint, or preparation experience is considered an asset
- A willingness to learn, as we are prepared to train the right candidate
