The typical hiring range for this position is $18 to $18.50. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skill set, internal equity, and organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Handling & Stock Management

Receive, open, unpack, and distribute merchandise to the sales floor

Compare merchandise invoices to actual deliveries to ensure accurate shipments
-
Use handheld POS systems to retrieve, locate, and organize stock
-
Prepare merchandise for stocking, including unpacking and tagging items
-
Monitor inventory to identify items that are damaged, expired, or low in stock

Move stock from trucks to floor or coolers, especially in produce and refrigerated sections
Merchandising & Store Presentation

Stock shelves with new or transferred merchandise following planograms

Set up and refresh displays, counters, and feature tables to maintain visual appeal

Ensure accurate pricing and signage are maintained on all stocked products

Maintain clean, clutter-free shelves, aisles, and storage areas
-
Rotate products regularly to ensure freshness and reduce shrinkage
Customer Support & Store Cleanliness

Answer customer questions and provide helpful product location guidance
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working and shopping environment

Support other departments in keeping workspaces clean and stocked as needed
Training & Compliance

Completion of required Lessonly training modules

Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives

Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability
Other Duties

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of experience in a retail, grocery, or produce-focused environment
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
