With over 15 million math questions answered on Prodigy per day, we're looking for a teacher to join a new start up team that will continue our evolution as a company. Our goal is to ensure that students around the world are able to use Prodigy to learn from with a new product that will drive 1:1 learning and student achievement. This is a lead role on a start up team within the organization. We are looking for someone who embodies our values (User-Obsessed, Radical Candor, Growth Mindset, Extreme Ownership) and someone who is very comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation. We need an educator who combines best pedagogical practice with a sense of urgency and pragmatism that will help us deliver!

You Will:
Coach students in a digital learning environment (i.e. teaching students 1:1)
Provide feedback to product team on digital experience and software
Establish best pedagogical practice for our new product
Develop content for our new product
Collaborate on software requirements and product design
Experiment with team to find product/market fit
Create lesson plans and content for educators and learners
Hire new 1:1 Learning Coaches
Develop best practices for measuring efficacy

What you'll need:
Bachelor of Education, J/I
Major or Minor in Mathematics
Classroom experience at the elementary level
Experience as an instructional lead
Experience creating online or digital learning products
Proficient with technology and online tools (eg. G-suite, Excel)
Ability to problem solve within a team environment
Willingness to learn and work in a hyper-growth company
Ability to flex working hours to accommodate evenings and weekends
