We are looking for an educator to work on a start up team that will revolutionize 1:1 math instruction. In early days you’ll be hands on with students and collaborating with the product team to define what students and tutors need to deliver a fun and effective session. As we scale you’ll be developing content and pedagogical standards while hiring and leading an outstanding team of educators globally. We need an educator who combines best pedagogical practice with a sense of urgency and pragmatism that will help us deliver amazing results for students!

Your tasks will include:
Coaching students in a 1:1 digital learning environment (i.e. teaching students 1:1)
Providing feedback to product team on digital experience and software
Establishing best pedagogical practice for our new product
Developing content for our new product (lesson plans, questions, interactive modules, videos, things that haven’t been invented yet, etc)
Experimenting with team to find product/market fit
Hiring and managing new 1:1 Learning Coaches
Developing best practices for measuring efficacy
Problem solving and learning alongside an ambitious, fun and thoughtful team

What you'll need:
Bachelor of Education, J/I
Major or Minor in Mathematics
Classroom experience at the elementary level
Experience as an instructional lead
Experience creating online or digital learning products
Proficient with technology and online tools (eg. G-suite, Excel)
Ability to problem solve within a team environment
Willingness to learn and work in a hyper-growth company
Ability to flex working hours to accommodate evenings and weekends
