Front of House Team
ALMOND COFFEE & CUISINE is a Brampton based third space, full service restaurant where we keep our atmosphere open for people looking for a cool place to get work done and have some lunch or a great cup of coffee or matcha
We're looking for energetic, customer focused front of house team members to join our full service café and restaurant.

Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Prior hands on experience in customer service, hospitality, or a fast paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience working as a server in a sit down or full service restaurant setting.
- Barista experience with confidence in operating espresso machines, dialing in grinds, and crafting specialty coffee beverages.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a positive, adaptable attitude suited for a bustling service floor.
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to get one before the job starts.
- Speaks Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Greet all incoming guests warmly and seat them promptly while managing waitlists during peak operating hours.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing menu knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of table service and guest hospitality throughout the meal.
- Prepare specialty coffee and café beverages with precision and speed to meet service ticket times.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and service station, clearing tables and resetting spaces swiftly between guests.
Job Summary: This role serves as the welcoming face and energetic heartbeat of our establishment. As a FOH team member, you will transition between greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals, and crafting specialty beverages behind the coffee bar. Working in our fast paced full service environment requires a balance of speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality. While our team culture is genrally chill and collaborative, we also really about culinary and service excellence and not just larp.
