Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Yardi Breeze accounting software
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed for management review
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions and records
- Support year-end closing procedures and audit preparations
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a small business or similar environment
- Proficiency in Yardi Breeze is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
