Our Capital Projects Group (GO & UP) division is looking for an Administrative Assistant (contract up to 18 months) to provide day-to-day operational and support to the Director Integration Management Technical team by performing a wide range of administrative support functions and coordinating day-to-day projects.
Work Location: 130 Adelaide St. W.
Hybrid Work Model: 2 days in office/3 days virtual

What will I be doing?
- Prepares packages for internal and external mail and courier services distribution
- Arranges boardroom bookings and teleconferences involving multiple internal and external participants
- Acts as the liaison with property management coordinating work order requests
- Coordinates office supplies and requisitions supplies for replacement
- Maintains and updates electronic files and office templates (e.g., staff lists, floor plans, etc.)
- Assembles correspondences, and meeting materials and packages for distribution to senior management
- Correspondence with external stakeholders in a fast-paced manner
- Composes and/or edits correspondences for final signature through the Director’s Office
- Supporting multiple people leaders on various tasks, projects, calendar support
- Works with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
- Provide backup administrative support to the Executive Assistant
