Established Financial Advisor is looking for some behind the scenes help to keep him, and the team organized.
- Tasks include: Corresponding with Clients by email, phone & ZOOM.
- Submitting forms and staying on top to see if follow up if/reminders are needed until complete.
- Submitting transfer requests to other institutions.
- Updating client database.
- Helping with meeting prep documents for advisor
- Updating client KYC info
MUST HAVE:
- excellent organization skills
- excellent memory
- resourceful
- very good with technology (new software, etc)
- very good communication (written & spoken)
- must be motivated and able to work independently (unsupervised)
- INVESTMENT INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- Must be FULLY Bilingual (French)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:
- INVESTMENT INDUSTRY: 2 years (preferred)
