Our client is a Canadian retailer of home improvement and construction products and services.
- We are looking for a DZ Flatbed driver for residential deliveries of construction products.
- Driver will not load product themselves, but will unload at various sites using Moffett.
- Moffett experience is required
- Drive Tandem unit and box truck at times if needed
- Mon-Saturday - every other Saturday off (if the driver works on Saturday, will have another day off during the week)
- Day shift with plenty of hours - 6am starts. OT after 44. Expect 50+ hours/week!
- Southwestern Ontario delivery area. All local and no overnight runs!
- Minimum 2 years DZ experience that must be verifiable required.
Duties include:
- Strap/secure and inspect their load.
- Drive Flatbed truck and operate Moffett
- Work in all weather conditions
- Wear safety shoes/boots and wears reflective clothing while on duty
- Driver must have: Safety shoes/boots Safety vest or shirt All items that are needed to perform pre-trip.
