now have an opening for a Packer.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Perform daily/department Safety checks to insure safe work habits exist and correct hazards.
- Adhere to quality standards, work instructions and procedures, promoting quality within the packaging operation.
- Comply with safety policies and practices and participate in the plant Safety Program.
- Provide accurate reporting of safety, production, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintain continuous flow of materials for production equipment/process.
- Maintain quality of product being packaged as well as quality of packaging.
- Identify quality defects and react as necessary to insure containment and corrective actions are executed effectively.
- Work with team members to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Standing for extended periods.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Clean criminal record
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Hours vary depending on workload that week
- Flexible/On Call
