Cheshire serves frail seniors and persons with significant disabilities to live actively and independently in their own homes and community.
We are predominantly looking for part-time staff at this time. We have a very limited number of full-times still available. Occasionally, a full-time or casual position may open up periodically.
We have many different part-time positions, including weekends-only roles.
Compensation:
- Starting rate of pay $21.28, plus an additional $3 per hour for eligible direct services
- Compensation for Travel Time, Staff Education and Development or Team Meetings at $21.28/hr
- PLUS Mileage Reimbursed at $0.43/km as applicable
Part-time employees are eligible to receive 8% in lieu of benefits in addition to vacation.

Training: Cheshire offers on-the-job training and development opportunities. Emergency First Aid and CPR (re)certification are also provided by Cheshire.

- Some caregiving experience is not required, but is an asset
A PSW, DSW certificate or experience/education in a similar role is an asset but not required. Successful Candidates will be required to obtain a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
