In this role, you will handle a variety of office tasks, including answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative duties. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for administrative documents.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support office operations as required and assisting with bookkeeping tasks when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Strong data entry and clerical skills
