Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
- Serve dishes to guests with professionalism and attention to presentation standards
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen hygiene practices
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and serving techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and culinary techniques is preferred
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
