Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing to ensure they look their best.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist with moving vehicles around the lot or into service areas as needed, following safety protocols.
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about vehicle condition or features when customers visit.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify any damage or maintenance needs and report findings accordingly.
- Support team members with additional tasks such as inventory management or light administrative duties related to vehicle presentation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure every vehicle is spotless and correctly displayed.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality to maintain consistent shift attendance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
