Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of all areas.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
