Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Service Coordinator

What You'll Do
As our Customer Service Representative / Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience from their first phone call through to job completion.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Dispatch technicians and optimize daily schedules.
- Coordinate emergency service calls.
- Follow up with customers after completed work to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about technician arrival times and appointment updates.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage emails, text messages, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job notes.
- Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks as needed.
- Help resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or dispatch experience.
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry is an asset.
- Experience with Jobber or similar field service software is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
