Senior HVAC Service Technician

Entity Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for a Senior HVAC Service Technician who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and help build a first-class service department.
This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys solving complex problems, managing customer relationships, and taking charge of service work from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Manage service calls, maintenance agreements, and customer accounts
- Lead and coordinate field work for service and small project jobs
- Communicate directly with customers and provide technical recommendations
- Support scheduling, job planning, and service operations
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
- Help grow and strengthen our service department
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of ticketed HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
