Compensation: $22–$27/hour + performance bonuses

Tour De Force Construction is looking for a confident, outgoing, and dependable Home Show Sales & Event Assistant to represent our company at the upcoming Vancouver Home Show and assist with lead follow-up after the event.
This role is focused on engaging visitors, starting conversations, identifying genuine renovation interest, collecting accurate lead information, and helping qualified homeowners take the next step.

Tour De Force Construction is a Vancouver-based residential renovation company specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, condos, and full-home renovations.
Our goal is to provide homeowners with high-quality craftsmanship, reliable project management, and a smooth, professional renovation experience.
What You'll Do
During the Vancouver Home Show
- Welcome and engage booth visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Confidently approach people and start natural conversations.
- Ask simple questions to understand:
- What they are looking to renovate.
- Where the property is located.
- Their approximate renovation timeline.
- How far along they are in the planning process.
- Whether they would like to speak with our team about their project.
- Briefly explain Tour De Force Construction's services, process, and Home Show offer.
- Collect accurate contact and project information.
- Enter leads into our CRM.
- Help schedule qualified site visits or consultations.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming booth presence.
Candidates must be comfortable standing and interacting with visitors for extended periods during the four-day show.
Post-Show Follow-Up
For approximately 2–3 weeks after the event:
- Contact Home Show leads by phone, text, and email.
- Follow our provided scripts and follow-up process.
- Determine which homeowners remain interested in moving forward.
- Help qualified prospects schedule consultations or site visits.
- Keep lead information and follow-up activity updated in our CRM.
- Ensure genuine opportunities receive timely and consistent follow-up.
Training, scripts, and CRM instructions will be provided.
Who We're Looking For

Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, promotions, or sales is an asset.
Experience in construction, renovation, interior design, or real estate is helpful but not required.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $22–$27/hour, based on experience.
Performance Bonuses:
- $5 for each qualified site visit scheduled during the Home Show.
- $10 for each Home Show lead that becomes a closed renovation project within 30 days after the show.
Vancouver Home Show Schedule
Candidates must be available for all four show days:
- Thursday, October 15: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, October 16: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, October 17: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday, October 18: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Some preparation and training will take place before the event.
Candidates must also be available for approximately 2–3 weeks of part-time post-show follow-up.
