We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior HVAC Technician to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across diverse commercial and residential settings. Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, air handlers, and refrigeration units.
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as condensate drains and water supply lines.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to interpret system layouts and component configurations for precise repairs.
- Weld or modify components as needed to ensure system integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with mechanical work involving appliances, pumps, valves, and other related mechanical systems.
- Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs for all completed work.
Skills
- Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair and installation.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and construction plans.
- Strong plumbing skills for managing water lines, drainage systems, and related components.
- Welding expertise for fabricating or repairing metal parts within HVAC assemblies.
- Experience working with boilers, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Mechanical experience with appliances and other building systems to ensure integrated operation.
