Job Summary
We are hiring a part-time Clinic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our integrative medicine clinic. This is an in-person role for someone who is a natural communicator, thinks on their feet, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally
- Book and manage appointments using Jane App
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Process payments and assist with direct billing and MVA submissions
- Maintain front desk organization and support clinical staff
- Handle unexpected situations with good judgment and professionalism
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills — spoken and written
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing or healthcare reception experience
- Ability to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (part-time hours)
- Comfortable working in a holistic or integrative medicine environment
- Critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Jane App or similar clinic booking software
- Direct billing or MVA submission experience
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
