Responsibilities & Skill Requirements:
- Manually deburr metal parts using a variety of equipment and hand tools
- Maintain accurate part counts and ensure proper organization of customer components during handling
- Perform polishing tasks on specialized parts in small to moderate volumes
- Operate specialized hand tools including:
- Dynafiles
- Pencil grinders
- Stroke sanders
- Achieve and maintain a consistent #4 finish – this is a mandatory requirement
- Preferred experience in achieving mirror finish polishing on complex components
- Restore mirror finishes as required, ensuring high-quality visual and surface consistency
- Operate Timesaver metal sanding and deburring equipment for precision finishing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in metal polishing, specifically with #4 finish (mandatory)
- Experience with mirror finishing is an asset
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with industrial polishing tools and finishing processes
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain quality standards
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling medium-weight parts.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
