We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after work is completed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is required. 2-3 years minimum.
- Own car and drivers license is a must
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks on time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
