Job Description:
As part of Business Processing Team, you will be responsible for the following duties on a daily basis:
· Financial Transaction Processing (wire order trades and non-wire order trades)
o Buy, Sell, Switches, Internal and External Transfers
o PAC, SWP & Non-Financial updates
o Client and plan setup, NAAF/KYC updates
· Assignment on Special Projects
Qualifications Required:
· Strong industry experience in the subjects outlined above
· Completion of IFIC / CSC
· Experience in FundSERV / myserv / messageserv system
· Experience using Winfund Back Office System is a bonus
· Strong organizing skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written
· Mastered the use of Microsoft, including Excel and Word
· Customer service oriented and ability to deal with financial advisors and fund companies
· Ability to perform multi-tasking
· Strong problem solving ability
· Ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated; ability to work independently
