Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated afterschool care staff to join our recreational-based program. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's everyday activities within our facility. Our ideal candidate will be responsible, energetic and fun. Hours will be approx 2:15-5:15 pm, (4-5days a week)
Responsibilities
Build respectful and positive relationships with our families and staff.
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. Prepare and serve snacks. Pick up and walk the children back to the facility.
Qualifications
Responsible Adult, ECE or equivalent. Emergency Childcare First Aid & CPR
Previous experience working with school-age children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess exemplary observational skills to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our program. Clear and valid Criminal Record Check. Food Safe would be an asset.
