What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Guide guests through our food and drink menus, making recommendations and enhancing their dining experience.
- Manage multiple tables and bar guests while maintaining high service standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and liquor service regulations.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain it).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, team-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
