Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Handyman/Woman/Maintenance Technician with driving duties to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves performing a wide range of repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks across our manufacturing and facility operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, along with leadership experience to supervise maintenance activities when needed. A valid driver’s license is required to support transportation of tools and equipment between sites. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, customer service, and technical expertise are paramount.
Responsibilities
* Transport patients from there residences to the clinic and vice versa.
* Deliver Prescriptions to patients.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Perform repairs involving electrical systems, mechanical components, welding, and schematics interpretation.
- Assist with maintenance projects, landscaping , General Cleanliness .
- Manage facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Drive company vehicles to transport tools, parts, or personnel between locations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of customer service within the organization.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical systems and components.
- Welding skills for fabrication and repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior staff or contractors when necessary.
- Customer service orientation to address internal client needs effectively.
- Valid driver’s license for driving company vehicles safely across different sites.
This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring safety standards are upheld across all facilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
