About the Role:
As a Hearing Care Professional, you change lives by empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sounds. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care demonstrated by executing the following responsibilities:
- Guide clients through comprehensive hearing tests and interpret test results for the purpose of selecting suitable hearing aid solutions
- Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
- Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience and continuous client care and support
- Remain current on latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
- Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships
- Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects; supervise or mentor students and train new staff members, when applicable
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:
Certification & Licensing
- A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
- Students and recent graduates who are completing their licensure requirements are encouraged to apply
Skills & Experience
- Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices
- Able to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently, autonomously, and as a collaborator
- Adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
- Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services
