Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renovation industry
- Engage with potential clients to understand their renovation needs and provide suitable solutions
- Present and promote renovation services and project proposals to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
- Prepare detailed quotations, project timelines, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales effectively
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings in the renovation sector
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales is obligatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid Driving License is obligatory
