Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technical professional with RingCentral Voice Systems experience who can support, implement, and integrate Unified Communications and Telecom solutions. The successful candidate will help maintain the RingCentral platform, troubleshoot voice and SIP-related issues, support deployments and upgrades, and work with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Review and perform the required steps required to implement, integrate, upgrade and support the following Products:
Upgrade, deploy and support a Ring Central Voice environment including experience supporting the following:
To provide support, implementation/integration, on the Ring Central platform here at SE Health
Communication Manager (CM)
Deploy and support Ring Central Software based endpoints including Ring Central Workspaces (PC & Mobile app) and Ring Central Desk Phones (IP & digital)
Using our Ticketing Solution (JIRA) to enter the information and track the progress of the service request.
Capture Traces/Logs as required
Complete software upgrades, updates and patches on production environments following a Standard Operating procedure (SOP), providing feedback on enhancements based on lessons learned.
Initiate the request for Engineers or Equipment to be dispatched to site as required
Provide the customer with appropriate status updates to resolution as well as document progress and completion in our Ticketing system.
Provide customer resolution information and close case.
You will be required to perform the following to ensure the deployments assigned to you meet the expectations of our clients:
Review the Solution Design to ensure it meets the needs of the client
Create Visio/Solution Overview Diagram which depicts the solution and details outlining the integration including IP Addresses, Node-Name, Rack Layout, etc.
Review of the Scope of Work and attend project kick off call to discuss project details.
Review and identify deliverables you will be responsible for on the project.
Provide the Project Manager with the detail’s, tasks and your target dates. Also outline system acceptance tests and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) that will demonstrate the integration has been completed successfully to validate your success and share this with the PM and Customer for their approval.
Correspond with the customer’s identified resources and Project Manager to gather all of the required information to perform the integration. Escalate any outstanding items to the Ring Central Support Group.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience actively deploying or supporting a Ring Central Voice environment including experience supporting the following:

Communication Manager (CM)

System Manager (SMGR)

Session Manager (SM)

Ring Central Session Border Controller

Ring Central Device Services

Experience with deploying or supporting Ring Central Software based endpoints including Ring Central Workspaces (PC & Mobile app) and Ring Central Desk Phones (IP & digital).

Experience with Ring Central SIP and H.323 devices including the ability to configure customer environment for central rollout of devices.

Experience with troubleshooting SIP environments including traceSM and debug SIP messaging.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

The is a hybrid role, working from home and our Markham office. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required for travel within Ontario.
