Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Workers to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing quick, friendly, and efficient service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service while contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety protocols are adhered to during food handling and preparation
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels during shifts
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to uphold a clean and safe environment for staff and guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cashiering, and food safety practices is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting light loads as needed
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new skills
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
