Job Summary:
The Warehouse Shipper/Receiver is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role involves loading and unloading deliveries, verifying inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Accurately organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (where certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or manual logs.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Fluent In Mandarin and Cantonese
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) boxes regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with below freezing temperatures.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
