BOMImed Inc. is a Winnipeg-based manufacturer and distributor of medical devices specializing in airway management, anesthesia, critical care, warming therapy, and diagnostic products. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Please note: This is not an inside sales position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires an individual who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers.
- Communicate with customers professionally via telephone and email.
- Provide product pricing, availability, and delivery information.
- Accurately process customer orders and order entry transactions.
- Gather and evaluate relevant information to effectively respond to product and service inquiries.
- Route customer requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department or resource.
- Process Return Authorization (RA) requests.
- Investigate, address, and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including the use of computers, email, photocopiers, and telephone systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to build rapport and adapt communication styles to customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong team-player mindset with a commitment to supporting colleagues and customers.
