This position contributes to the efficiency of the team by administrating and monitoring systems, procedures and documentation in accordance with administrative requirements and by maintaining communications with various stakeholders. The incumbent conducts first level analysis of data, processes and verifies informations and provides advice to management in an effort to increase productivity of activities of the sector.
Knowledge of administration & records management principles normally acquired through postsecondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience;
Extensive experience with MS-Office.
Experience in the monitoring of processes or projects and in documentation control;
Experience in interpreting, explaining and applying policies and procedures;
Experience preparing reports;
Experience in expense accounting, including budget administration.
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Strong knowledge of computer systems;
Client service/management, interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills;
Self-motivated, initiative, proactive and ability to multi-task;
Bilingualism — English and French (spoken and written)
