Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot mechanical failures, diagnose problems accurately, and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and facilitate future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems, following safety protocols and technical specifications.
- Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and urgency.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., as well as power tools like drills, grinders, or saws.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques for mechanical systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
