We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer who identifies, prioritizes, and delivers high-impact solutions with minimal direction. This role combines ~60% hands-on AI solution development with ~40% AI enablement across the organization. You are approachable, collaborative, and confident determining what is worth building and why

Core Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent projects independently from concept to deployment

Design and implement AI-driven solutions (automation, integrations, chatbots, and data workflows)

Define clear deliverables and break initiatives into practical milestones

Work with data systems, APIs, and AI model interactions (prompting, workflows)

Maintain clear, structured, and accessible documentation for all solutions

Act as the go-to resource for AI-related questions across the organization

Provide regular updates (e.g., biweekly) on AI tools, trends, and internal use cases
