Join our team at Busy Lizzie, a well established cleaning company that has been serving the Muskoka region for over 30 years and bring sparkle and freshness to homes and cottages!
We are looking for reliable, active people with an attention to detail who enjoy working with others. We offer steady hours and rotating weekends off. Travel between jobs is paid and a company vehicle is provided. Experience is preferred but not required and we provide all supplies, equipment and training.
Transportation from Bracebridge and Rosseau to our Port Carling office is also available if needed.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized thoroughly, adhering to health and safety protocols to promote a healthy living environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed while practicing safe handling and storage procedures.
Experience is preferred but not required
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial or hotel settings provide valuable skills applicable to this position.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment along with familiarity with various cleaning techniques including sanitation procedures.
