The incumbent of this position is the front-line employee who provides a support and information service to Library users (students, faculty members, researchers and external users) to support their academic success. He helps users to make better use of the Library's print and electronic resources in a way that is appropriate to their needs. He is involved in and supports various projects and activities related to the experience of library users.
He is also involved in the management of the Library's print and electronic collections and participates in the library's opening and closing activities.
- Post-secondary training in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
