The Armour Group is currently seeking a Commercial Leasing Associate. The Commercial Leasing
Associate will play a pivotal role in the leasing operations of our growing commercial portfolio
which includes among others, the Queen’s Marque district, Historic Properties, Westway Park in
Bedford, Park Place campus in Dartmouth, and our medical buildings.
As our Commercial Leasing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our leasing operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed property information
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants with support of Leasing Manager/Legal
Counsel
- Coordinate and facilitate lease signings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current tenants and prospective tenants.
- Provide regular reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and other performance
metrics.
- Handle lease renewals and ensure timely communication with tenants regarding lease
expiration.
- Assist in creating retention strategies to ensure tenants renew leases.
- Maintain organized records of lease agreements, addenda, and related documents.
