As a Bilingual (FR-EN) Client Services Representative, you will have direct contact with our retail clients such as Canadian Tire, Lowes, Walmart and others. Your passion about client service will allow you to surpass our clients’ expectations.

Is this role for you?

You’ll work for Canada’s leading manufacturer and marketer of consumer home & garden products with the broadest portfolio of brands and products in the industry;

  • You work very closely with PTHG’s sales, marketing, supply chain, MIS, and logistics teams to ensure the flow through of customer orders;
  • You provide extraordinary French and English front-line customer service and respond quickly to your client’s needs;
  • You communicate about our products with our clients and guide them in the ordering process;
  • You navigate through quickly changing priorities to make sure that everything is completed as required;


  • Excellent French & English communication skills
  • Focused on client service;
  • Works well in structured environment;
  • Organize and adapt well to changing environment;
  • Team work orientated;
  • Experienced with ERP, JDEdwards, EDI as well as Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
  • You have no difficulty collaborating with our French and English-speaking teams seeing as you are fluently bilingual.
