Rôle et Responsabilités
Verify the LTE/5G network function, performance, and new features in the field
Audit, correct and optimize the RF parameters to improve the network performance, Inter-vendor Parameters and KPIs mapping
Design the test cases with the customer, analyze the test data/log, output the test report with suggestions to improve the network performance
Apply efficient data analytical skills to identify and correlate network performance statistics and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Identify post-swap network issues in terms of parameter settings, feature gaps and any network design gaps.
Liaise with Samsung R&D to discuss new feature enhancement requests from the customer
Be able to perform detailed RF performance optimization based on drive test logs and OSS statistics
Strong skills in analyzing layer 3 messaging for LTE/5G from DT logs and Call traces.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT or equivalent
Knowledge:
Knowledge of both LTE and 5G
Understanding of 3GPP, network interface protocols, protocol analyzers and network specifications
Working knowledge with any programming languages (Python, Java Script etc.) is a big plus.
Working knowledge with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) would be an added advantage.
Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services
Familiar with multiple Radio Access Network Technologies and RF tools such as planning tools, drive test tools, signaling collection tools, etc.
Familiar with Site swap/relocation solutions and designs
Proactive, self-motivated and with good communication skills
Excellent team worker, particularly in cross-cultural teams
Stress resistance to manage in multi-cultural and geographically separated teams
Willingness to occasionally work over-time and travel based on the projects needs
Experience:
8+ years’ experience in LTE/5G RF projects in the main LTE/5G vendors or operators
