Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Oversee daily Front of House operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain the spirit of Mexican culture in all guest interactions, décor, and service offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing training and development opportunities for the Front of House team.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to ensure seamless coordination and service excellence.
- Uphold high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our offerings and enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experienced Hospitality Professional: You have 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Passionate Ambassador: You have a genuine passion for Mexican cuisine and culture, inspiring authenticity and excellence in your team.
- Team Leader: Skilled in leading and empowering diverse teams, you foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Detail-Oriented Professional: Known for meticulous attention to detail, you ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards in guest service.
- Adaptable Innovator: Thriving in dynamic hospitality settings, you excel at navigating challenges with creativity and implementing innovative solutions.
