Job description:
Bonnie’s Bread at Champlain Square. We are a community bakery with a lot of loyal customers. We are seeking part time baker who is a career- oriented team player. Must be available for early morning starts (530 am).
Must have some prior experience working with dough.
Some of your duties will include: making dough shaping loaves and buns, rolling bread sticks, and making savoury and sweet pastries. Role also includes baking & proofing breads, pastries and bars. Maintaining a clean work space and occasionally lifting 50lb bags of ingredients.
