Job Responsibilities:
- Documentation / artifacts: Help piece together desperate sources of information (conversations-to-running software, and everything in between) and build documentation needed by our delivery team, our customers, and risk partners. Will include technical documentation, Jira items (Feature, Epics, Risks, Impediments, etc.), training material, and user / technical guides.
- Executive and stakeholder communications: Build templates for, and support creation of regular communications for various stakeholders vested in the work. E.g., of delivers will include executive memos and PowerPoint decks.
- Process and solution design / mapping: Map out current processes and help design improved future state processes; Help design and document technical solutions to support development of other artifacts, like architecture documents.
- Financial and other data analysis: Excel-based analysis of financials and other data produced / managed within the team to support asks from operations teams, like Business Management and for ad-hoc analysis required for data-driven decision making.
- Supporting other coordinators run the team efficiently: Support other team members, especially the other coordinator roles like SMs, RTEs, SLTE, with ad-hoc asks where possible to aid in efficiently managing interactions and flow of work.
- Analysts need to start working on pending backlog items. Agile Coach is creating feature backlog.
- Define the Epics and write Acceptance criteria.
- Exp. in Automation Testing- Functional project
- Involved in planning, analyzing processes, identifying requirements, and driving improvements in the CI/CD pipeline with the DevOps team. Such as develop, document, and enforce security policies and best practices within the DevSecOps framework
- Evaluate existing CI/CD workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analysts should have previous exp. in building CI/CD pipelines, running or operating those within the industry.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline and document all functions by creating RACI.
- Creates template for observability team to assess, conducting regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and threat modeling, to identify and mitigate risks and best practices to response
- Collaborate with QA Analyst to prepare and edit test strategy document, create use case, test case spreadsheet and conduct SIT automated testing using ALM for functional integration and performance testing
- Operations : Atlassian, GitHub action, Security tolling, Azure, Google Cloud, Sonatype suites.
- Code Scanning Software : Sonaqube, Verascan
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $84,130.04-$137,759.11 per year
