Remote Monitoring & AI Operations Specialist
ACS Security Group is hiring Part-Time and On-Call Remote Monitoring & AI Operations Specialists to join our growing Remote Monitoring Center.
This role combines real-time remote security monitoring with opportunities to help build the future of our operations through AI and automation. Your primary responsibility will be monitoring live camera feeds, identifying and responding to security incidents, and documenting events with accuracy. Beyond daily monitoring, we're looking for someone who enjoys exploring AI, building automations, creating internal tools, and finding smarter ways to improve workflows.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (an asset but not required; successful candidates without a licence must be willing to obtain one).
- Strong computer skills with confidence using multiple monitors and software applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and integrate AI into daily workflows.
- Experience with surveillance systems, remote monitoring, or security operations is an asset.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain focused during extended monitoring periods.
- Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making under pressure.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation to our Remote Monitoring Center.
- Flexible availability for evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
