Main Functions:

The ERP Administrator ensures the reliable performance and implementation of ERP system. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems. Participates in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications. Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users. Recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback

Development of Business Applications including analysis, programming of business processes/workflows, developing technical requirements, technical design, application coding and unit testing, and post-deployment support activities.


  • Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and updates to the core ERP and related systems
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting, as needed
  • Interface with various lines of business to develop/coordinate project work as required
  • Develop training materials and training of users
  • Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities
  • Assist Finance and Operational departments in various projects to improve the productivity of business processes

Business Analysis:

  • Work closely with departments, and IT to gather requirements for enhancements and implement new features, functionalities and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation;
  • Translate business requirements into logical technical designs;
  • Optimize the user experience with reports, Dashboards and KPIs to increase the efficiency of company performance;
  • Work with cross-functional team members within Epicor to develop and deploy training to ensure everyone is up to date on best practices when using the Epicor business applications
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity;
  • Integrate, load, manipulate and maintain data between various business systems;

Maintenance and Support:

  • Work directly with end users and third-party integrators to support various business application modules;
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of various business applications
  • Maintain and improve upon Epicor integrations with both internal and third-party systems;
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and implement solutions to identified issues and participate in collaboration with other team members;
  • Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate records, performing regular de-duping cleanup procedures, and managing auto-merge functionality. Perform mass uploads and updates of data as required;
  • Provide ongoing training to users. Provide updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.
  • Coordinate in the implementation of patches/updates and new versions of the platform;
  • Participate in putting new designs into production according to the established Change Management process;


  • Technical diploma in IT or computer sciences-related field
  • Working experience with Epicor is an asset, experience with the implementation process an asset
  • Working knowledge of queries and database management
  • Exceptional attention to detail complemented by strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience with data synchronization and system integration with third-party applications and other service providers
  • Experience with data extraction and migration
