Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Memory Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our specialized memory care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, dementia care, and assisted living environments. As a leader within our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for individuals with memory impairments. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff members to ensure consistent, compassionate care for residents with memory impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
- Oversee medication administration in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Monitor residents’ health status and collaborate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns promptly.
- Manage the facility’s budget, including staffing schedules, supplies, and operational expenses.
- Lead staff training sessions on dementia care best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress, incident reports, and regulatory records.
- Foster a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to assisted living and senior care facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings, particularly with seniors experiencing dementia or memory loss.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or managerial experience in senior care environments.
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and best practices for managing challenging behaviors.
- Experience with budgeting, staff scheduling, and medication administration protocols.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in nursing or senior care preferred; must meet state licensing requirements if applicable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $20.61-$37.20 per hour
