Position Overview
As a Service Technician at Carget, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing luxury vehicles from brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, and more. You’ll diagnose complex issues with precision and deliver high-quality repairs that meet both manufacturer standards and our own elevated expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs on a variety of luxury and performance vehicles.
- Complete routine maintenance, inspections, and complex mechanical work with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Follow all Carget service processes and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, recommendations, and parts used.
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and team members to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and reflective of a premium service environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with new technology and repair standards.
- Support the team by maintaining efficiency, quality, and accountability across all service operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Journeyperson Technician (Red Seal) or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice considered.
- Experience with European or luxury brands is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic ability, and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract.
- Full set of professional tools required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
