WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Dick's Lumber Surrey Branch is looking for a customer service focused, hard working and driven team player to join our Leadership Team as the Store Manager. The Store Manager is accountable for the daily branch operations including customer and employee satisfaction, sales performance, inventory management, operational adherence to policy and general maintenance and appearance of the facility.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Applicants should be hard working, self-motivated and reliable. They must thrive and remain calm under pressure in a high level fast-paced environment while juggling multiple issues and priorities simultaneously. They should have a keen understanding of the concept of being a team player and be a strategic forward thinker with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, suppliers and throughout all levels of the Dick’s Lumber organization. They ensure that high levels of service are consistently offered to our customers while overseeing the daily operations of the store. Some familiarity or experience with lumber or building materials would be considered an asset, as would managing in a Unionized environment (but not required).
